one FLU over the cuckoo’s nest

so i’ve been sick with some kind of flu (could be swine, could be lobster or guinea pig) for the past SIX DAYS, which is waaaay too long. and i’m pretty damn bored, since all i’ve really been doing (aside from having to rock a few shows this weekend in a semi-delirious state) is lying in bed, watching TV on my computer (if you haven’t finished season two of true blood, check your priorities), reading, and feeling a vague sense of self-pity.

i know david blaine starved himself in a glass box for 40 days or some crazy shit like that, but that dude is INSANE, emphasis on the IN.

and now for a sickness-themed joke i made up…

why are fevers better than men?
they don’t leave you the morning after
