yesterday i heard this new track called GET IT ALL by sean garrett feat. nicki minaj and i thought to myself, ‘why don’t i add some emeril bam spice?’ so i did. you can catch an abridged version of the remix in the video above or download the full audio below.
the clip features me and my roommies making stir-fry in our kitchen (also the site of the MASHed Potatoes cover shoot, for those of you experiencing deja vu), engaging in assorted shenanigans, and silently wondering if that’s actually how you spell shenanigans.

K Flay!! I need your help! I’m in forensics and I want to perform one of your songs if you’d allow it. If you do let me, I would need a copy of the song lyrics so I make sure I got all the words right. I want to perform “Work” or “The Funk You Need”. I think those are my two favorite songs, except for “How I’m Rockin” but I feel the first two would be more appropriate for performance poetry.
